You roll a d100, the button for that is on the bottme of the post box when you click add reply. As for your target you are looking to roll BELOW the target stat, example being for weapon skill of 70 you need to roll below a 70 on a d100

(so I was thinking it would take a few rounds to get to the armory. Which is why I was going to distract them instead of just running.)
