Flames bathe the apothocary, ceramite steaming and paint bubbling. Vaarsuvius follows with a flurry of sword blows, but it seems as though something now exists under the armor other than flesh and many of the blows simply glance off, with only one biting into the flesh of the shoulder

Valen steps forward and levels his melta gun at the final vambrace and fires, nearly point blank. The wave of super heated air screeches as it slams into the armored figure's chest, melting and tearing apart armor, and metal flesh beneath, slamming the figure off its feet and onto its back in a smoking heap (wow...righteous fury on a point blank melta shot...ouch)

The apothocary presses the bolt pistol to Vaarsuvius's faceplate and fires. Vaarsuvius's vision goes black as he pitches backwards. The rest see him slam to the ground, the left half of his helmet a ruined wreck and his eye and face minced below. (Tony your marine now has no left eye,
and is also unconcious at 1 wound)
